Slotting instructions:

①According to the radian requirements of the drawing, first make a template with the same radian.

②For the plate to be bent, slot shall be made according to the arc length, and the number of slots shall be as small as possible, and the slots shall not penetrate the core layer of the plate.

③As shown in the right figure, use the template to bend the plate to the shape required by the design.。

④After confirming the correct shape, apply proper amount of glue to the groove.

⑤Repeat step ③ to fix the sheet shape.
